All classes are the same price; packages can be used for any classes. Bring a guest, you may use your package to pay for a friend’s class. We also except competitors coupons for first time customers.

The above prices do not included CT sales tax. All purchases are non-refundable for any reason, and cannot be exchanged for other services. Packages expire 6 months after purchase date.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise, developed about 2,000 years ago in China. It has been modernized and reintroduced in America to help improve muscle tone, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Tai Chi  is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. 

Pilates

This class focuses on core strength, centering, relaxation and stress reduction using the breathing techniques developed by Joseph Pilates.  It is designed to promote the use of the proper muscles for movement and function in daily life by increasing core strength and balance, and is an excellent way to gently and gradually tone and firm the abdominal muscles. In this class, we use positioning and breathing to help increase awareness of our center of gravity, and strengthen the core muscles that support all body movement and balance. It is a quiet, contemplative, relaxing class that anyone can enjoy and benefit from, regardless of age or physical strength.

Zumba

Zumba is an easy to follow, calorie blasting, super fun, Latin inspired fitness dance party! Zumba classes blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total body workout that burns calories, tones, and sculpts the body. 1 hour will fly by when you “ditch the workout and join the party!”

Yoga

Yoga is a commonly known term for the physical, mental, and spiritual practices originated in ancient India. At Body Karma Studio yoga is used as a tool help stretch, strengthen, find balance, inner peace, and get a great workout at the same time. All classes are tailored to the needs of every student so weather you are just starting out or if you are a seasoned yogie you will find this class a mix of familiar and changeling.
